Name:

Daniela Munoz

Title:

Engineering and Physical Sciences peer adviser

Department:

Internship and Career Center

Length of time in position:

Two years

Major:

Chemical Engineering

Career/academic goals:

Graduate in June, work in industry for two years and get a master's in business administration (MBA) while still working. I eventually want to work in the business/managerial side of the chemical engineering industry and think an MBA would help me achieve that.

What are your responsibilities?

Assist students with résumés and cover letters, as well as preparing for interviews. Demonstrate how to look and apply for jobs on Aggie Job Link and other career websites.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I really enjoy working with students and hearing about all the amazing things they have done and are showcasing in their résumé. It really makes you proud to be a UC Davis student.

Where do you like to eat on campus? (Have you ever been able to find a place to sit down in the CoHo?)

I love to eat at Croutons in the CoHo since the salads are so fresh. And I LOVE the hazelnut coffee at the CoHo. It's the best coffee and is addicting. I have found a place to sit down in the CoHo, but I usually only sit down early in the day when most people have yet to start class.
